They pay peanuts, base about 200K and around 100K in bonus and restructured stocks. Waste fellows @mettastar Buffalo 🐃 confirm

All these are just for voluntary layoffs. They have data that most of them have moved to Tier 2 cities for better COL.

This is going to do both, raise their CRE value and reduce some workforce without having to pay severance.
