No idea bro tcs gurinchi end of day consulting , they might pressure u to contribute to multiple projects , better to work under the client managed project where u are just billed and u work will be managed by client manager, if u report to tcs manager work ekva undochu

I took FT and left in 3 months. remote or onsite doesn't matter torture soopistaaru work also they give unrelated work.

TCS is not Apple that one has to think 100 times to reject

if you dont have any offer in hand, take it and keep looking for direct client jobs
