Instead of buying something that has been in plastic or Aluminium cans for too long.

Intla chesko ❤️da lodi ghee kuda kontunara. Just buy Kirkland butter and heat butter until the popping sound stops.

Butter usually is adulterated. Palm oil or it's products are fed to Cows to keep the butter texture. This is not a good sign. Unless procured from pasture raised cows (which Kirkland does not do due to the costs), I don't think their butter matches Desi Ghee at all.

Usually in our home we take cream out of the milk and then make ghee.

There is a clear difference of smell between homemade ghee and mass manufactured ghee.
