15 days wait cheste..5.6 range ki vastadi ani guessing..mortgage demand/applications too much vunnay..so increased a bit compared to yesterday.. Lenders too smart.. last week 5.6 vunte evaru lock cheyaledu because inka taggutay ani..ippudu vallu increase cheatunnaru due to demand and people locking at 0.125 -0.25 more compared to yesterday.. Just guess I am not an expert.. it's wise to refi of there is 1% difference irrespective these minor changes..
