socrates Posted September 20, 2024 Report Posted September 20, 2024 better you boil them separately after that you can try in two different ways option 1: side dish two onions one spoon of ginger garlic paste few chillies and curry leaves add the boiled chicken and prawns and do the stir fry one to two spoons of coriander powder and cumin powder in the last add two tiny spoons of gharam masala stir fry for few more mins and try as side dish option 2: with rice two onions and chillies may be you can try special masala with all ingredients ginger garlic paste add some tomato pure (just a spoon) curry leaves add your boiled chicken and prawns add the chicken stock (broth) add the the off boiled rice and give few mins of cook (same as biryani) may be if you are lucky you may have mixed non veg biryani Quote
