100% agree.

Booth level riggings generally don't create enough swing to influence state level election. It's mostly restricted to local voting. 

But ideal ga aithe Jagan BJP tho understanding lekapothe law n Order problem create chese capacity unnavade. But he did not. All of his party members changed tune the next day after counting, evaro chepthe chesinattu ga. This is why I think, Jagan won't go to jail.

Data will give you pointers. For proof, you need an audit of E#V#Ms. That won't happen. Supreme Court didn't even entertain this request before election.

Existing data ni crunch chesthe you will see trends. If you analyse the trends, you will find anomalies. Anomalies as such are not proof but pointers. 

Elections have increasingly become sham around the world. US, CANADA, India same story no different.
