Blacks who are managers are at-most polite they will not trip at any cost.. the only problem is it is very tough to grow under them .. Their work appetite is very high.  In case of Whites even though they get pleased easily it takes lot of time to build trust in them once you get it then they will up bring you very fast..

I worked with a lot of ppl and got no issues. As long as you are genuine.

Whites or Blacks tho issues undavu kaka esp in Management... only problem is growth...

Same here.. usually desis have been the trouble makers in my teams (not all but a very small number) I worked with so far, bcoz of lack of professionalism…

in one team, East European team okati konchem headache undedi..

yeh agree on desis. Mostly personality issues untai.
