Looks like layoffs ended and job market is getting better. Noticed this recently. Since fed has started cutting interest rates, I think inka full hiring anukunta.

Yeah slow ga pick up avvuddi… but end of the year so market by default slow vuntadi… I’m hoping next March we will see lot of hiring

IT industry meeda naaku doubt as its in middle of confused AI transition..

Apple , Amazon chala down loo vunnayi we can see from amazon asking employees to come 5 days a week starting Jan,2025 and few middle managers getting impacted..

Apple kuda 1st hand vundi info naaku they are doing silent layoffs maybe due to not so good iphone sales in recent quarters and they are clueless in direction goiing forward..

Microsoft kuda recent layoffs loo my relative got affected in seattle..

I maybe wrong in my analysis..

No lay offs are still happening,  many places they are doing the stack ranking bottom 6 % layoffs these need not be announced in press

But as you said with recent interest cuts companies might have little easy money access and start hiring but first there should be growth , all the big companies growth kind of stabilizing with tons of cash , reduction of interest rates have no impact on them at least top sandp 100

we need to eye on on small and medium companies. Startups  Which are hungry for growth and where suffering with cash crunch , it's all theory let's seer
