Is this timeline correct ? Related to AR Dairy contract and supply

So According to @TTDevasthanams , There are 5 ghee suppiers to TTD. AR DAIRY FOODS ghee samples came back as negative as per #TTD.
Lets get into details with time lines, 2024.

March 12th TTD invited Tenders for GHEE.
EC Came into Governance as it is Elections Season.
May 8th AR Dairy got Tender along with other 4 suppliers.
May 15th TTD placed first Order for AR Dairy.
After 15-20 days, TDP-JSP-BJP won ELECTIONS.
June 4th AR Dairy Delivered Ghee in 10 tankers.
So, TTD should have done tests same day, allowed 6 tankers which passed the tests, while 4 tankers failed the tests.
JUNE 21st TTD held a meeting. 
JULY 12th, TTD has sent these 4 failed tanker samples to NDDB.
JULY 17th Samples received.
JULY 23rd Sample results are out.

TTD does not have full fledged test lab your JAFFA's has sabotaged the purchase of new Lab Equipment, talk is they did not have proper test kits too.. All they did is basic testing for adulteration , in order to get more details these samples has to be sent for other labs to find out what is included.
