Common man ki option ledhu. The only way is is to bring a class action law suit against the government. The plantiffs should litigate irrigation, municipality/panchyatis who gave approval to the builders, and also registrar who registered the properties in their names. 

They should also question HYDRA's non uniform approaches both in law suit and public.

Not missing anything Anna. Ind la judicial and politics are joke. Janaalani yerri pappa la ni chesthunnaru. X gadu vachi yeah rules ive antadu all permissions isthadu paper meedha common man as per law and paper work meedha velthadu. Y gadu vachi last gov corrupted so mee papers not valid antaru. Courts not interfering.Aslaa compensation ledhu aa employees meedha no action common man yerri baahulodu pakkintodu happy veedu yesusthunte with a happiness. I suggest all NRI batch do not invest in India. Your kids never move to India in that corrupt country. Sad reality but don't punish your kids hyd or some place lo lands koni meeru vellipoyaka okadu kabjaa cheyyatam or ammina peanuts ravadam. Mee retirement is fine but kids kosam Ind lo lands like India super power next 30 years anakandi it never change with that corruption mentality and no discipline and your kids will hate you for sure akkade invest chesi bring that back ante.

Funny thing is that as an NRI we are not supposed to buy Agricultural lands but Govt allows it and most people are not even aware of it

Direct ga effect avaledu kani GO111 area la bought some land a few years back with a plan to build a house and move...we were planning to start construction towards the end of the year..... himayatsagar lake overflow canal pakkane vuntadi...although on an elevation from canal level but HYDRA dhebba ki ika build house anedi doubt ae...4 years of planning went I n vain, back to square 1 anattu ayindi...
