Kashmir and lacking basic infra ..

70 yrs the state was neglected by abdullahs and congs chief ministers...

Still there is no electricity,water,road in many villages in Kashmir , unfiltered video of the area, modi could have done something for them ,to make a positive impact 

Before 370 abolition there is lot of central funds go unaccounted and eaten by local leaders ,even CAG didn't have power to audit what happend to the money there ..

Even after the NC and cong failed they still vote for them for religion @Sam480

No idea about the current situation there.. but development takes decades in a country like India.. when I was a kid, in my native village we used to get only 4-6 hours of electricity every day and for water, we had to go nearly a kilometer..  and more than half homes didn’t have an electricity connection or any kind of water supply 

basic amenities kuda sariga leni rural areas lo anni setup cheyyalante local and political will and support kuda undaali.. we have to be patient..

That is what happens if you vote based on the religion and not policies, They should have questioned the previous Govt's for better facilities. and off course the parties played a role as well
