new houses ki kuda .. lenders are giving incentives .. and are accepting offers

Frisco lo Richwoods gurinchi chaala mandhiki idea untadi. Peak pandemic lo egabadi bidding wars tho konevallu. 
2019 lo $550K houses went for sale up to $1mil…antha craze unde, now many houses were on market for 2+months anta. 
reason is price wise sellers assalu thaggatam leru and buyers have options to buy brand new homes for that price or little more.

Same here with LENNAR. No upgrades antunnadu....No Hurricane impact windows, worst cheap materials for other things... 12x12 tiles, 1 inch thickness plain kitchen counter top lu...
