Speaking with an American accent doesn’t mean changing the pronunciation of words from your native language. We have actors from india who have been casted in hollywood movies and you dont see them changing the way they speak here.

Hollywood also has many actors from South America, England, Europe, and Australia who use an American accent for their movie characters but speak with their natural accents at live events and in public.
