Last year. US retailers lost $101 billion due to returns abuse, a recent report from the National Retail Federation found. A half of retailers said they had experienced shoppers returning 'used, non-defective' products, according to the report.  Moreover, 44 percent said shoppers had even tried to return 'shoplifted or stolen' merchandise. And 37 percent said they had seen some attempt to return products that were purchased on 'fraudulent or stolen' payment methods.

Easy returns kabatte consumers are willing to buy or try out. Retailers emi sanga seva cheyatledu they know the feature brings more profits than losses.

Sanga seva kadanna, vaadu oka margin pettukuni sale chesthadu, competitive market kada, they can't price the stuff at exorbitant levels. Then buyers return chesthe open box at much lower price or clearance lo ammokovali. Thats how businesses go bankrupt.

CA lo Crumble Cookies ani place untundi. Expensive cookies ($5 each) but kids love them. 

When I was in line to pick cookies a women returned cookies saying it has some crack. The host said extremely sorrry and took it back and apologized so many times before giving a new cookie in a new pack.
