Secunderabad has a lot of nice places. Sainikpuri, etc. On the plus side prices have not appreciated as much as West Hyderabad. 

Every locality, you have to look for good colonies. Like for e.g. near LB nagar, there are colonies that are really crowdes and there are some thats really good. Tough to say. 

Best is look for area based on your requirement like Job, schools, amenities, etc. There are colonies that meet this criteria.
