can anyone suggest on installing blinds with home depot or wi  try JDX,

Jdx guy gave me 3750$ as quote for 4bed 3bath, office room and dining room windows,with out living room. He suggested to use long curtains for that

Just want to chekc is it cheaper with home depot or lowes
