Just born infant Dropbox question

1. Got an appointment for H4 drop box for just born kids in Chennai. Can I submit documents in Hyderabad. I think the answer is yes but wanted to confirm.

2. Can anybody other than parents submit the documents?

3. Does the kids have to be present during submission because it’s their first time and USCIS doesn’t have their fingerprints yet.

Both parents ki valid visa unte Dropbox eligible anukunta. Series of questions answer chesthe it showed up with drop or interview. Selected Dropbox because kids interview ki ante saahasame
