Haha. I am saying this from experience. When I did Interviews, the first thing I would do was Google what questions to ask. Then, I would give situations based on my experience and ask their approach to the problem. 

Essentially, I don't look for answers from them but rather understand their approach to solving the problem. That tells a lot about his work experience.

Consumes a lot of CPU on unix servers and very hard to monitor data transfer via kafka connectors.
