Deadly combination in this market..they are asking to send most of them to go back to India. 

Mostly managerial roles people who applied i140 with promise of eb1. Now no eb1..no h1b nothing.. witch companies.

Back in India they are asking to take technical roles again with oacakages of 18 lakhs per annum. Chala kashtam ..to be technical again...with 22+25 years if experience.

Those people used to come to Canada on ict now Canada is very stringent on giving visas to these people as they were low balling the industry and paying low wages

Source elanti source ? Every day SOS lo same posts..monma connectocut lo oka uncle with kids going to high school and home took masters and applied cos..while applying eb1 on his own through a lawyer with some success.

half of the L1 batch is suffering because of this poor market and failed promise .. don't take managerial roles
