Whats in it for the WITCH companies to file GC getting people in manager role? If the person gets GC, wont they leave them?

So they give these Mgr Onsite roles only after 20+ yrs of experience. Sounds true for some of the cases I have seen. They all have 15+ yrs exp and got GCs and left company right after.

They rotate between India and usa..UK..etc..in the end they reward with us eb1 gc..international manager

1) Moonlight during weekends by taking cash only. If you are good at teaching take online courses you have plenty of F1's there. Get some work through them do the transaction using their name.

2) Save as money you can and after 1 year file H1B or whatever then change the company.

3) work for 6 years in USA and return to India in the mean time identify a place to settle and start your own business or anything which interests you..

nenu oka financial client lo vunnappudu, maa colleagues from Wipro. 
like wipro took care of unix,windows, DB admin side (DB kuda mainframe, sql sever, mysql, sybase netezza vunde) 
IAM side I think TCS/ INFY

the longer you stay in a job the harder it is to move unless you are working on latest or greatest tech. also most people don't interview very well. it is an important skill that a lot of folks don't have or work on. then there is kids - schools, schedules, spouse work location etc. kotta job also means taking risks compared to familiar job/company

regarding visas-

WITH companies stopped filing for H1 ages back, around 2016 when Trump administration came into power.. Look for statistics and immigration filing reports, you will find hardly any H1s filed by TCS and WIpro in last 9 years..

EB1 ayithe asalu TCS, Infy, Wipro first nundi file chesedi kadu..it was done by Cognizant only.. and Since 2017 Cognizant also reduced by almost 80% ..full org changed, board tho chala headaches vachayi..

and lastly..asalu TCS tho inka unnaru janalu ante, they have made tehir decisions conciously..and if they are unhappay and not able to get out of TCS then they are not capable of getting jobs outside ani, in that case also be glad that there is a company that is ready to pay you and send onsite even if you are incompetent..So overall gaa ..asalu join avvakunda undadi..join ayi unhappy unte vere jobs etukunni 10eyalli..
