Yes.. they give reentry permit for 2 years.. and it can be extended.. but if the stay outside is 4 years.. they give extension for a year.. this becomes an issue when they they compute 'continuous stay' at the time of citizenship...

1) their wife would have been naturalized already. So not tough to get to back even if they lose

2) own companies here and generating revenue here 

3) all they need to do is establish that they are residents of this country. Jujubi for them 

they only get into trouble if some Jaffa reports that they are holding an office in foreign country. In the election application they show India as residence. So get their election affidavit and report

if you stay out for years and come back to US. POE lo entry deny avvochu or  they will allow you but with a court date akkada explanation ichukovaale.
