Network automation with docker experience..ansible yaml etc ..they are very difficult jobs to fill and candidates must be high level automation engineers with core technical experience. In other terms

 

They are expecting someone who are geek of geeks these days

One who can beat automation at automating stuff.

It’s all luck. It’s just that layoffs have not yet affected those h4 people yet. That’s all. 
Bottomline it’s not a fair world. We gotta suck it up and look for options.

IDK which jobs you are talking ... People need to concentrate on Jobs in Health Industry, Insurance , Power Sector, Nuclear Science. Natural Science, Embeded Systems etc. these job need special skills even though most of the applications are based on C,C++, Java , Perl and Python..
