Team awards ante mana companies lo eche indiviual or team recogniztion awards kadhu.

Example: if a team got olympic medal then all team members can claim it if they want to file eb1. Previously the rule was not clear and many times officers only considered if the medal is won in individual event. Now uscis gave a clarification.

Judging work is a simple criteria anna, uscis wording prakaram if you judge someone work then you fulfill that criteria, simple as it is. As you said boasting chestharu desham kosam ani. In fact cheppali every work kuda desham kosame annatu rayochu.

But awards criteria is bit diffucult they only consider prominent ones.

World is going to look you as a worker not entrepreneur..unless you do not know how to sell yourself..
