But start off with 50% cooked rice and layer rice from 50% to 90% cooking. Air seal chestunte, 50-80% chalu. Putting rice in layers is important. Also, I am not a fan of using tenderizers in meat. It just consumes lot of oil. Oil badalu ghee vaadu. Quote
