E madya ilanti constructions common ayyaye, where you build apartments on on top and 1st floor lo commercial space. But dhaaniki zoning lo undali, city approval ivvali. Anni commercial lots ki aa facility undadhu. I see quite a few new buildings in this model in my locality these days
