Or, add remineralization filter before connecting to faucet, best of both worlds (which is what i use rn)

Remineralization filter doesn't exactly state the type of minerals being added except for couple of alkaline and alkaline earth metals, rest are pretty vague, which is why I avoid it. But if you feel better with it then its fine.

Tap water on the other hand is usually minerally balanced, however treatment with chlorine, addition of fluorine and leaching of nitrates and heavy metals makes it contaminated, which is where filter gravity systems comes handy.
