I used discountmoving.ca/fr/ last year for my shift from Montreal to Ottawa—pricing was better than others I checked, and they showed up right on time with no surprises. I had a couple of large things like a treadmill and a fridge, and they handled everything without issues. Communication was good too; they spoke French and English, which helped since my landlord only spoke French.

use ubox containers.  Delivery to other states within 10 days. Used last month. You can also find helpers by searching in movinghelp.com which is aslo part of uhaul.
