There's a reason why Nitish is considered to be a replacement to Hardik Pandya. He is single handedly carrying the games with consistency, Rayudu can do that too but he has temperament issues

Rayudu is good player but he can't keep his mouthshut when needed. His career got messed up because of bad temperament and every one knows it. First he went and joined rebel league called ICL, then started showing anger signs for not selecting into WC. Laxman never did such things

nitish has better chances because of being an pace all rounder and a more stable batsman than tilak and has potential to be an 3 format player.

Tilak is very overrated ,he struggles on swinging wickets ,nitish has better technique.

Tilal is an overrated player ,he can't play on difficult wickets with movement.he is also too one-dimensional.he is only suited for spin bashing and playing on flat wickets.

Nitish has better technique and can play in 3 formats potentially but has to work on shot selection ,he got out playing trash shots many times.

Rayudu is a great batsman only got sidelined due to his attitude.he could have been Rohit Sharma , Kohli level.

Laxman is too conventional.not suited to white ball formats.

Tilak varma is just 21 years old.. he played 20 international matches already.. he debuted at 19
