ne moham. Shantanu was not groomed for anything. Tata was already disabled and needed help which he hired Shantanu for. Who inherits it anedi chudali. Mostly Noel Tata.

Lol…arey babu ae lokam la vunav..! Shantanu works for Tata Trust, after his MBA from Cornell, he was hired for Tata Trust. Before that he worked for one of the for profit tata company and now he runs an initiative for senior citizen's funded by tata trust…Youtube la video vuntadi chudu…of course grooming is not the right word le..

Coming to inheritance, Ratan Tata 4000 crs worth, All of his cousins and close family must be worth more than Ratan Tata…charity ke ichestademo like Trusts’s previous chairmen

Arey erri pu.. nuvvu news chadivi telusukovalemo. Shantanu gadu naku personal ga telusu. Moosukuni dobbey. Shantanu was mentored and loved. He was not groomed to take over. 

Inheritance my guess is also trust ke mostly.
