geyser-- bajaj or havels di vuntundii. 
AC-- we have samsung windfree and godrej ones. both are 5 star. samsung better app thru control cheyochu.

Not so frequently used aithe go for compact geysers…3liters to 5 liters, chinnaga vuntadi but instant heat…like 2-3 mins. To fill a bucket, you may have to use twice but energy wastage vundadu and small in size, no new plumbing required….10-15 liters size is standard size and takes a while to heat..

naaku brand tho samandham ledu baa! also usage 2 times a year antehy so will go for non brands but quality unte product best

depends on the room ours is 1.5 ton have to check. 

geyser instant de switch on and off when not in use. idi kuda chinnade 15-20 liters not sure; mari peddaga ledu maa intlo.

havels di local electric stores lo kuda dorukutundi less than 10K; 
 

AC's 5 star vi chusukoo; godrej di we spent around ~30K+ samsung was expensive got it last year ~40K+ ayindii.

Ac ithe Diakin bro solid build super cooling area lo service availability ni batti teesko . Other brands ithe LG and bluestar also good. Personal ga pina cheppuna 3 brands used all good so far

BEE ratings next year varaku valid present vi next year ratings malla update chestaru so chusi teesko.

Geysey i prefer crompton already 3 using same brand vi from 4 years no issues. Crompton amica pro ani new model u can get it under 6k during sales
