India also takes loans in form of USAID doesnt mean it will dance to tunes of any country it takes loan from..its called sovereignty and loan is not free money

USAID is not loan its a grant/free money.

JICA or world bank grants loans if the country/state agree to implement their proposed changes. Basically need to dance to the tune of world bank or JICA if you want loan.

  It's china that became strong and we can counter then financially which is helping them expanding in this region and leadership in those countries too are not loyal like in oldern days..
