Resuability of rocket boosters is precisely what I meant - historically and even today most of the rocket boosters are "expendable boosters" - used just once to get other craft carrying satellites/astronauts etc., into space. I am genuinely confused about the point you are trying to make brother. I mentioned very clearly - historically speaking rockets or boosters were expendable - throw away and one time use. The critical point I am trying to make is these boosters are immediately "REUSABLE" - you are talking about "REFURBISHMENT" (recovering empty boosters from ocean etc.,) - a big difference. Quote
