Suryalanka near bapatla has airforce station, kendrriya vidyalaya, guest houses, and all infra you mentioned above. Youtube lo search suryalanka missle you get lot of videos.

All employees will be airforce or drdo no local job creation. If you see last 20yrs lo suryalanka developed multifold not becasue of this testing range but because of growth in tourism which created local jobs.
