Samsung is removing all h1b senior technical management staff..what the hell ?

This staff are responsible for building IT operations in usa. Most of then are h1b with 17+ years of experience. Senior Desis staff motham gone. This is one reason I hate management jobs ..lack of job security

QA, BA, Scrum master jobs are gone since the past few years

Reduction in program, product roles in big tech is the trend since past 1 year, saw several folks I know getting impacted

Ippudu new trend is removing or reducing senior engineering managers etc

Automation is advancing faster than employment work force can adapt. The thing is we need to reinvent ourself and look for new jobs. 

 

New students who graduate from low tire universities with no importance to latest trend will never find a job

The moment you signed up for a job in US, you are FULLY AWARE that it's AT WILL employment. So, they all know what they got into 

No private sector job in general is Secure, everyone is dispensable in a process operated business.
