This is the one of the issues that I differ with Jagan. Centralization of liquor, and controlling market place has resulted in deep distrust in the liquor sold in Andhra before. Plus, there was no receipt being given to customer when you purchased liquor in Andhra. All this resulted in lot loss to exchequer plus increased health risks. 

If Jagan wanted centralization, he could have followed the example of Alabama or Ontario, where all market place brands are available in govt. Stores and bills/ receipts will be given to customers.
