If it's bank or insurance take lite man they will not hire u the job might have already been sold to someone... 

They are just taking interviews to prove to place thor candidate

If u are so frustrated apply for job in job bank which has lmia after that they will not hire u so complaint Abt the poster stating that  they are selling lmia that is one of my hobbies

What do you guys think? Naku agatley, do you think I should expect good news? Anyone had similar experiences and then were turned down? What can I do now to maximize my chances and make the best impression possible (I am going to send her a follow-up email thanking her for being personable and making me feel at ease during the process).

Edit: This is for a trainee finance role in Canada. 

i had similar experience....HR called the next day and i told her that the first interviewer was really impressed and that he asked enough technical questions.....

asked her to check with the person and waive next set of interviews. got an offer within hours.
