15 yrs undi return vachesa. still on US payroll. have 4 rental apartments. ee year purchased 2. one 2bhk for parents nad one 3bhk for sel. have a house in vja and 2 acres(1 acre in ap, 1 acre in hyd). Never thought of buying in US always invested in India from beginning. It helped me a lot to have no confusion.

one of my other friend came about the same time - got 6 homes- of course mortgage is there, but surely got lot of equity. got first home in 2013, started getting other homes from 2017 when market is low,  started business, got few properties in india as well.  I am happy for him - but, wife dobbing anytime their discussion comes 🫣
