765 ead is perfectly fine AP 131 is always great area bro some say renewal is fine only first time ap is abandoned , worst case velli raa malli apply cheyi may be attorneys will have latest info

Technically at the time of 131 adjudication if the officer checks your I94 and sees that you are not in the country they will deny the renewal. You have to re-apply when you come back. Its not a bad thing but very inconvenient since stand alone 131s are taking 5+ months to get approved.

after I return I will still have 3 months of AP validity, is it good idea to submit renewal papers with only 3 months of validity remaining ?

AP is not a status, if you want re entry AP needed.
