Bidding ledu antene 300k bokka kada. I know who got with 400k bid for toll Brothers house. Travisso and bluffview buyers ki huge holes paddai. Others not so much.

Austin lo naku telisina highest extra bidding on asking price was 70k or less. It was reasonable with the interest rates they got it for. < 3% interest rates tho they end up paying less interest in 30yrs and hence 70k extra bidding is justifiable. 

3000sqft in Austin now with good builder and upgrades definetly is around 700-750k.
