All three of them are good speakers and have their own signature sound. I personally like KEF’s and Focals. I would strongly suggest doing a demo before you buy them. You will be happy with your purchase. Take some good music or movie content and play the same on all three speakers and you will have your answer. 
 

also plan on good AVR( read Anthem or Arcam) and a good sub(at least two).

What’s your budget for projector and screen. If you are willing to spend good money, JVC’s are awesome but epson laser or even 5050 is hard to beat for the price. Screen is very important when you have this kind of set up. There are very good paints that came out for screen paint or if you want a screen, screen innovations diamond series is great.  
 

try some of these in used market( audiogon, us audiomart, avs forums) and you save significant amount with little patience.
