anna_gari_maata Posted October 27, 2024 Report Posted October 27, 2024 This is true, we saw homes two weeks back and backed out because of high prices (East coast area). Till now none of them got sold atleast 10 of them...and also everything is sitting since 30 days or so Quote

yogdenon Posted November 18, 2024 Report Posted November 18, 2024 A lot of people are focusing only on the U.S. housing market, but there are great opportunities elsewhere. For example, affordable apartments in Dubai are catching the attention of investors because of lower costs compared to many U.S. cities and no property tax. With the way things are shifting, looking at international markets might not be a bad idea. Quote

Investors are still getting into herd mentality and buying even with negative returns. They are thinking only about depreciation helping reduce in taxes fortheir multiple jobs. Make sure that the calculations work. You will still have to pay thos eventually. Also, one maintenance issue will set you back. In addition to this, more supply will come onto the market when interest rates drop as construction loans get cheaper. Quote

ManOffSteel Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 Dubai rental investments are the worst.. very overpriced and most of the tenants don't pay properly and leave the country all of a sudden.. Quote
