why commercial you just think of an office space. 

it can be anything kada anna. BAR and Restaurant or some drive-in food places. 

highway pakkana rest areas-- maa vuru nunchi velthunte every visit ki oka strip mall laga opened and my god ppl are flocking. recently pista house ochchindii, perfect ga stop chesukoni tinesi malla airport ki start aithunnam previously we used to stop at shamshabad.

One of my dad's cousin inherited 150 acres land (500 crores worth today) from his father. Today that land is 3-4 crores avg per acre. He's playboy club party goer, election, sports and betting freak.... ..... Ithani kinda shoes polish chesetodu kooda millionaire ayyipoinru today by using him.... this idiot has destroyed 99% of what his dad gave him. 

I think he only left like 4-5 acres or something for his kids now. givi kooda kids istado soodale. 

My cousins both had to come to US for MS on loans.... He fcked up everything for them. Its heartbreaking

remember - its a sum zero game. Money keeps changing hands.

Also with Government cracking down on Black Money, Real Estate growth wouldn't be like before.

People are more interested in Stock market now.
