Changed job/ employer last year 

h1b approved for 3 years 

need to get visa stamped 

will they open within US stamping slots anytime soon? 
 

can I get my visa stamped in Mexico or Canada ?

If u got 3 years approval last year you can still use that stamping for 2 more years no? Even though yiu changed the company
