I've seen closely someone loosing his property, he lives in US and gave POA to his sister who lives in India. When he asked to sell the property and give the money to pay for his twins college she sold it and didn't give him the actual amount, say like they sold the apartment for 1Cr and she only gave 40L

When i saw this in news 40 % is good amount ..if I am correct he did not given this share as of now with different reasons..He might be giving this share as his father promised

Basically if she is only sister then ..all the gold will go to her. If not enough gold..then some share of land and property .. worst thing is dowry and concept vundhi...it makes complicated.
