sri Lankans do belive that Rahul was the man behind getting a lot of Support to Srilankan Govt in fighting agains t Tamilians and LTTE in those regions...

and that too a team of Indian Army helped the Srilanka army in closing the LTTE warfare ani they strongly believe...
