Flight Instructor oka psycho and racist bro. He was milking money from the students. This desi guy did the damage out of frustration. Now he is paying price for it.

How did you conclude that that the instructor is racist? The guy had simple option of getting transferred to a different institute.

this guy wants to finish training and go back to India for his job as private pilot (he is already a pilot. His company recommended him to get additional training at his own cost). The owner of the flight school is not letting them finish the course and extending the duration. These students are spending their own money for their training. Lot of other indians in this flight school have same problem. On that day this desi guy went to his office and asked him to let him fly, so that he can complete course and go back to India. But he used racial slurs and threatened to call police if he does not leave his office. Feelings hurt. He went and damaged something in all the flights out of anger. The owner does not want just compensation. He wants to sue him.

owner had a reason to not let him fly solo. he seemed to have taken a flight into bad weather once. 

so, owner was suggesting to take more non-solo flights
