I don’t have personal experience with the EB1 application, but I’ve talked to a few folks who have gone through it. They stressed the importance of showing solid proof of your achievements, like awards or publications, and having strong recommendation letters can make a difference too. Wat do u want to know? Proceed only if the profile can be presented in atleast 3 prongs listed in uscis website. Thy need only 2 to approve, but its always better. Most common are highest salary, critical role and industry expertise. End of the day, someone having a good reputation and high salary within an organization wont help. Need to be known to experts in other organizations. Recommendation letters r one way to prove, otherwise published articles.

are you sure bro...usually 3 undali kachithanga antaru kadha...most attornies will say to have at least 4.  Published articles, patents, PhD, etc lekunda kashtam aa bro?  critical role and higher salary with strong recommendation letters saripoothaya?

The third easier criteria is judging others work. Ippudu policy update chesaranukunta. My lawyer used this as the third even though I went to only a couple of conferences as judge and one of them is a student paper presentation. Before 2022 easy vundanukunta. Some time in 2023, they refined and defined each criteria more specifically ani vinna. Not sure about the complete details. Like I said, knowing as well qualified within company aithe assalu saripodu, should be well known to key ppl in other companies and thy should be willing to write.
