No job since 1 year on h1. So, planning to switch from h1 to h4.

Status approval avvali , can’t work with receipt , it’s not extension you’re changing status.

Also, H1->H4 easy ga change avvali ante India velli stamping veyyinchukoni raaa

Moreover you need H4EAD to run payrolls just H4 meda run avvadu

if you want to stop payroll on 10th, You can file COS to USCIS with in 60days after 10th and put start date of H4 before 60days lapsed.

Yeah, will remain of h4. Present EAD ledu.

You can stop payroll anytime you want to and make sure to file H4 change of status with in 60days.
