I am not very much knowledgable about the real NET salaries in USA for well-experienced desi chaps in USA.

Is $15k per month net take home a very common range? What percentage of our desi uncles get it usually.

What I know is salaries are way higher in NewYork and Cali.

So let me in both the contexts.

$15K take home - Not possible many areas. (Not in Florida)

The total compensation has to be 25K per month in order for you to get $15K (after taxes).

depends on lot of factors 15k gross might be accurate number.
