CIA's doctrine was by and large based on British divide and rule policy; That's to forment and nourish divisions, and use them as a leverage when needed. They have done the same thing with Islam and Middle East and they are doing same thing with India using Khalistanis along with Moslems and Christians. 

Trudeau is just a face. Don't get fooled by thinking Khalistanis are just Canadian thing and Trudeau thing. They are more in Canada relatively speaking but are also spread across all ANGLOSPHERE including USA, UK and Australia. Don't be fooled by thinking that Pierre will somehow get rid of Khalistanis.

its not having them or getting rid of them. atleast you would have someone working than speaking random word salads day in day out without working at all.
